मेरी आँखों में आंसू आगये इस वीडियो को देख कर दिल दहल गया है इस वीडियो को देख कर, लेकिन मुझे इस वीडियो को देख कर इस माँ पर और इस वीडियो बनाने वाले के ऊपर बहुत गुस्सा आ रहा है, अरे यार कोई माँ ऐसे कैसे अपने नए जन्मे बच्चे को पीट सकती है और जब में इस चीज़ को वीडियो पे देख कर खुद को गुस्से से रोक नहीं पाया तो ये वीडियो बनाने वाला कैसे देख सकता है और रिकॉर्ड कर सकता है इस विडिओ को उसे रिकॉर्ड करने की जगह ये सब रोकना चाहिए था, मेरे हिसाब से अगर किसी न्यूज़ चैनल वाले की नज़र इस वीडियो पर पड़े तो विनती है उनसे की इस माँ को ढूंढे और पता करे की यह उसकी ही संतान है या फिर किसी और की क्युकी मुझे नहीं लगता कोई माँ अपने बच्चे को ऐसे मार सकती है.

Be Alert-RBI warns public against 'balance checking' app

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Saturday warned the general public that it has not developed any software application allowing a person to check balances in various bank accounts.
In a statement, the central bank said that it has come to its notice that an software application is doing rounds on WhatsApp purportedly to facilitate checking of balance in customers' bank accounts.
The software application has the RBI logo on it with the title 'All Bank Balance Enquiry No' and has listed several banks with either mobile number or call centre number.
"The Reserve Bank wishes to clarify that it has not developed any such application. Members of public are, therefore, advised to use the application, if at all, at their own risk," RBI said.

नई दिल्ली. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपने एक आदेश में कहा है कि यदि कोई अनमैरिड कपल पति,पत्नी की तरह एक साथ रह रहा है तो वे कानूनी रूप से मैरिड माने जाएंगे। यही नहीं यदि इस दौरान साथी (पुरूष) की मौत हो गई तो महिला उसके संपति की वारिस भी होगी।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जस्टिस एमवाई इकबाल और जस्टिस अमिताव रॉय की बेंच ने कहा कि लगातार शारीरिक संबंध बनाने वाले कपल को विवाहित ही माना जाएगा। ऐसे मामले में यह दूसरे पक्ष पर निर्भर करेगा कि वह साबित करे कि वे (कपल) लीगली मैरिड नहीं हैं।

बेंच ने कहा, ''जब कोई पुरूष और महिला लंबे समय तक साथ रहते हैं तो ऐसे कई फैसलों में यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि कानून बिना विवाह के साथ रहने के खिलाफ है जबकि शादी के पक्ष में रहता है। हालांकि स्पष्ट सबूत के साथ दूसरा पक्ष इसे खारिज कर सकता है। कानूनी रूप से रिलेशनशिप को खत्म करने की मांग करने वाली पार्टी के ऊपर काफी बोझ होता है।''

बता दें कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 2010 में अपने फैसले में पति-पत्नी के तौर पर साथ रहने वाले कपल के मामलों में महिला को वाइफ का अधिकार दिया है।

New Apple iOS update: Siri now understands Indian English

The latest update for Apple's iOS operating system from iPhones and iPads now provides Indian English support to its digital personal assistant Siri marking the country's growing importance as a market for the firm.
The US-based tech giant released the latest update late yesterday night, which among other upgrades included improved performance, bug fixes and a redesigned emoji keyboard.
Releasing the iOS 8.3 update, the firm said: "Additional language and country support for Siri: English (India, New Zealand), Danish (Denmark), Dutch (Netherlands), Portuguese (Brazil), Russian (Russia), Swedish (Sweden), Thai (Thailand), Turkish (Turkey)."
It also provides improved performance for messages, Wi-Fi, control centre, Safari, third-party keyboards. The update also provides Wi-Fi and Bluetooth fixes like issue related with some devices disconnecting intermittently from Wi-Fi networks, among others.
